When anyone signs up for training they get their own online profile where they can log their weight, progress pictures, workouts and nutrition as well as send Sam accountability check ins on a weekly basis.
Each client gets their own bespoke workout and diet plans to suit their lifestyle and goals.
Sam’s training plans are based around resistance training. His nutrition plans are tailored to be flexible and realistic in order for you to adopt them as a lifestyle rather than a "crash diet” that you won’t be able to sustain.
His aim is to teach every client to maintain his techniques as a lifestyle forever and to become self confident in building a healthier life for themselves.
Online Coaching is £78 per month for 3 months minimum then monthly until you wish to discontinue.
Included in this is once per week check ins via an app, new workouts every 4- 6 weeks and diet adjustments when necessary. You are also entitled to discount personal training and posing sessions.
